The figure
A blind, and 9’5 feet tall entity who kills for sport, he roams in a library in a monster filled hotel. He likes to toy with the victims, he has no eyes and cannot see, but uses echolocation and sound to communicate. He is incredibly smart, and has other alternatives for toying with victims instead of just eating them, and could possibly take a victim hostage if he wanted.
